My expertise is in academic fieldwork and research, specifically related to the advancement of international human rights laws and standards in the MENA region and Global South. I have related interests in business and human rights, CSR, and environmental sustainability.

Background:
In 2015, I completed a Master’s in International Affairs at Columbia University. My research focused around non-judicial grievance mechanisms and the effects of mineral and oil extraction on indigenous and Afro communities in South America. Shortly after, I joined the Business and Human Rights Resource Centre in New York where I assisted in projects on labour rights standards in the UK and Middle East, as well as supply chain management in the garment, IT, and food sectors.
