Job Description: What will you be doing?
A big challenge for companies is keeping up with the numerous developments in the global ESG and sustainability reporting landscape, so you will help our clients navigate this complex and changing landscape, turning reporting into a meaningful exercise to transform how they operate. In this leadership position, working with the Europe ESG Director, your duties will be varied and will include:
- Service development to meet market trends
- Thought leadership to influence clients and colleagues
- Business development and client management
- Leading a team
Key Responsibilities: What will you need?
With a passion in sustainability and the drive to change the world through changing business, you’ll bring experience of working with and guiding senior business leaders on measuring and reporting sustainability performance, across the whole spectrum of material ESG issues, along with:
- An understanding and interest in the evolving voluntary and mandatory ESG reporting landscape (including ISSB, VRF, GRI reporting standards, alongside EU CSRD and SEC requirements) and indices (DJSI, MSCI, Sustainalytics etc)
- An entrepreneurial approach, with a global mindset
- A good team player able to build positive working relationships and support team members
- Excellent engagement and communication skills.
