Camila Gomez Wills
Consultant, San DiegoBackground:
I have 5 years of experience working with private firms, government agencies, and international funders to develop actionable responsible sourcing policies. As a problem solver and creative, I develop bespoke strategies for Fortune 500 companies to address high-risk ESG business issues and am known for my ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of audiences.
Areas of Expertise
I have leveraged my legal background to develop an expertise in the "S" of ESG, particularly modern slavery and human rights due diligence. Prior to joining CC, I worked in Colombia with the implementation of the Peace Accord and in economic development and worker wellbeing projects in East Africa. More recently, I was involved in responsible sourcing projects in electronics and apparel supply chains, identifying salient modern slavery risks in Colombia, and advised clients on best practices for remote social audits during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Person I most admire:
People that are willing to walk the talk, take risks, and ask tough questions to drive change.
