Associate Director, Washington DC
Areas of Expertise:
With a portfolio of career experience in ESG strategy, consulting, partnership development, communications, and non-profit management, I bring a multidimensional perspective to creating authentic, purpose-driven business strategies. My goal with each client is to help them deliver the social and environmental impact necessary for meeting their business goals in today’s rapidly changing world. I’ve worked alongside C-suite and functional leads providing guidance to navigate the critical social issues of our time including human rights, equity and ethics.

Background:
I have over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 businesses to develop strategies to advance ESG goals and build engagement among priority stakeholders. Prior to joining Corporate Citizenship, I led development of cross-sector, corporate partnerships with the National Park Foundation, the official charitable partner of the US National Park Service. I also served as an executive within Weber Shandwick’s Social Impact practice, consulting with businesses to create leading social impact and sustainability engagement strategies. Earlier in my career I oversaw the Human Rights Campaign’s Workplace Project, the leading voice on LGBTQ+ workplace equity and inclusion and worked within Accenture’s change management practice. I hold a BA in Business Management from Bucknell University and live in Washington, DC.

Client and Project Experience:
I’ve worked with businesses including Apple, Yum! Brands, Prudential Financial and Union Pacific. I have consulted with Business for Social Responsibility, elevating their work to build a just and sustainable world. My portfolio of non-profit clients includes Conservation International, the LEGO Foundation and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

Person I most admire:
Malala Yousafzai. She is proof that anyone has the power to make a difference and that everyone has a story that matters.
