Areas of ExpertiseI have had the privilege of working with design and manufacturing multinationals for more than 15 years to develop and optimise their business processes both across functional areas and within departments. I also had the privilege of working across continents with clients around benchmarking CSR data, DJSI and GRI based sustainability reporting.
Background:
Before joining Corporate Citizenship, I worked in Seattle, Washington as a business development and process improvement consultant at CSRHub. With training as a chemical engineer and a postgraduate diploma in management, I have worked and consulted across a range of industries including manufacturing, FMCG, technology and healthcare. I’ve also held a number of corporate roles throughout my career working in logistics, engineering design, supply chain management, manufacturing, and sustainability strategy, policy and reporting.
Client and Project Experience:
I have established strong working relationships with a number of leading organisations around the world including Bunnings, Suncorp, National Australia Bank, Owens Illinois, The Woodbridge Group, General Motors, Ford, Toyota and University of Washington – Milgard School of Business. I continue to research various aspects of corporate social responsibility and remain committed to sharing those results with my fellow CSR professionals. I also have extensive project management experience in process optimisation, system implementation and maintenance in both quality and environmental management and GRI reporting and stakeholder management.
Person I most admire:
It’s difficult to pinpoint one person, however, I’m particularly inspired by all the dedicated professionals working in not-for-profit early childhood care and education. Their guidance and quest for freedom of spirit allows for the minds and bodies of our youngest humans to develop into wonderful community-minded people.
