Specialisms:
I’m Senior Manager for the LGB Network in the UK. LBG helps companies measure, understand and manage their community activities and is the global standard in measuring and managing corporate community investment. It’s also a network of businesses committed to benchmarking their impact. I am passionate about the impact business can have as an active citizen in society and how all aspects of engagement from philanthropy to employee engagement, to core business principles can be aligned for maximum impact and deliver real change in society and on social issues.

Background:
Previously at the British Red Cross, I worked on several flagship corporate partnerships. Prior to this, I worked with Business in the Community Ireland as Principal Consultant on Corporate Community Involvement, where I developed the community offering and assisted member companies develop community involvement strategies, supported the aims of Business Action on Education and advocated for and led a movement to develop a volunteering infrastructure in Ireland.
I hold an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin and an undergraduate degree in Business with a specialism in HR, and I’m also an accredited AgilePM Practitioner.

Person I most admire:
I admire anyone who isn’t afraid to make/inspire change, because change can be slow and can be hard, but the rewards can be amazing.
