Esther has over a 12-year track record in responsible and sustainable business, working directly with a range regional and global businesses in Europe, USA, Asia and Latin America. She has been leading on many of our largest retained client work with a focus on building buy-in across the C-suite and implementing strategic change programmes. Esther has a particular interest in measuring company performance and valuing the impact of sustainable business practices, which in turn can drive scale and innovation. She founded Corporate Citizenship’s Long-term Value Project, which is our thought leadership platform calling on business leaders to adopt a more holistic stakeholder approach as well as longer time horizons when making strategic decisions about value creation.
Esther joined Corporate Citizenship in 2012. Prior to that she worked as a consultant at Business in the Community, a UK charity, providing advisory support for businesses to develop a strategic approach to responsible business practices. Before that, she worked for a communication agency focusing on social and environmental issues as well a supply chain consultancy. She studied Economics as an undergraduate in Hungary and has a Masters in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics at Birkbeck College, University of London.
