Nana Guar

Associate Director, London
At Corporate Citizenship I support clients in various service areas, including CR strategy, materiality assessment, foundation set up and impact assessment. I also lead on our reporting and communication offer and authored our thought leadership paper on The Future of Reporting. I’ve had the pleasure of working with long-standing clients who have been with us for almost two decades, leading in sustainable business, as well as new clients in new geographies that are just starting out on their sustainability journey.

Prior to joining Corporate Citizenship in 2013, I worked in AccountAbility’s Advisory Services, focusing on the Middle East and North African region. I worked with multinational and government clients to analyse complex challenges around social and environmental issues and advised them on how to balance such issues with commercial priorities.

I hold BA degrees in International Business and Marketing, and a Masters in Globalization & Development from the University of Warwick.

Client & Project experience:
I have worked across a wide range of sectors including: Financial services, oil and gas, utilities, telecommunications, and FMCG. Clients include Unilever, the UK’s Department for International Development (DfID), Access Bank, Northern Gas Networks, Saudi Aramco, and ACWA Power, amongst others.
