Richard Hardyment

Director, London
I specialise in strategy, research, futures and thought leadership. I am particularly interested in helping companies identify the long-term risks and opportunities from responsible business practices and develop strategies that maximize their impact on society as well as create commercial success.

I was a Senior Strategic Advisor at Forum for the Future, the sustainable development charity, where I specialised in scenario planning and futures techniques. Before that, I was a political advisor in Westminster, coordinating a research and communications programme.

I studied Geography at the University of Cambridge with a focus on international development. I completed an MBA at Imperial College, London, before joining Corporate Citizenship in 2010.

Client & Project experience:
I spend most of my time working for Unilever on strategy and research projects. During my time with Corporate Citizenship, I have also advised Mars, Diageo, United Utilities, De Beers, Dentsu Aegis, Deutsche Bank and many other clients.

Person I most admire:
David Attenborough for his boundless enthusiasm to hike round the world to bring nature into our homes.
