Associate Director, London
Specialisms:
My specialisms include all aspects of corporate foundations – set up, governance, strategy, programme design, communication and evaluation – general sustainability strategy development and integration, community investment, big ideas and flagship initiatives, purpose, cross sector partnerships, stakeholder engagement and ESG.

Background:
From starting out in the third sector and working in community development abroad, I entered the world of corporate responsibility almost 20 years ago via a seconded role to Microsoft from NSPCC. I then spent 11 years with Corporate Citizenship before leaving to freelance. That journey landed me at Harlequins Rugby Club, where I spent almost 3 years. I supported a number of small businesses and charities while freelancing and helped an independent city communications agency to establish a sustainability offer, before returning to Corporate Citizenship in November 2019.

Client and Project Experience:
I have advised a wide range of UK and international organisations across various sectors including Diageo, Caterpillar, AstraZeneca, Vodafone, BMW and Airbus on many aspects of corporate social responsibility and sustainability. I also set up and managed a new foundation for Harlequins Rugby FC in Twickenham, and supported the Wimbledon Foundation on the development of its national strategy.

Person I most admire:
I admire those who find a positive in difficult circumstances, and are able to use that positive for the benefit of themselves and others.
