Applications for the Chime Communications Limited Graduate Scheme 2018/2019 have now closed.

At Corporate Citizenship our purpose is to inspire business models that improve people’s lives, and our mission is to speed up the corporate sustainability journey away from short term profit maximisation. We look for bright and enthusiastic graduates with a good understanding of corporate responsibility issues, and through this scheme we provide an ideal introduction to helping transform businesses through sustainability principles.

The successful candidate will support our global client teams in services such as sustainability strategy, reporting, supply chain assessment, community investment, impact measurement and environmental services, working with the likes of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. We have flexible working, are very diverse with our 16 nationalities across 6 offices globally and we offer all employees the opportunity to spend 9% of their time on personal development, expertise enhancement and pro-bono work.

The graduate scheme is coordinated through our parent company Chime Communication Limited, but the 12 months are in sustainability consulting; graduates will be supported throughout the scheme with regular training, a campaign planning workshop and a ‘buddy’ as well as the opportunity to work on a pro-bono charity project as a graduate group.
