Globalisation in the supply chain may have increased opportunity. It has also increased risk. What’s worse the risk doesn’t seem always to be brilliantly or systematically managed.
Whoa! Scary!
So what should a sustainable company do? Manage the issue.
Maybe it’s time for a bit of a revival of the long-term supplier relationship.
