Background:
My previous experience includes working with purpose-driven non-profits as well as tech-startups and athletic, outdoor, and high-end/contemporary fashion brands. I have a strong foundation in retail supply chains from product development to production. I have also published work focusing on family business through a systemic and holistic lens. My education includes a B.S. in Design & Merchandising from Drexel University and a Sustainable-Innovation M.B.A. from the University of Vermont. I look to leverage my dynamic supply chain experience, passion for circularity, and sustainable business expertise to strategize resilient solutions and create lasting value.

Client and Project Experience:
Prior to joining CC, I worked for a high-end, contemporary brand in product development and production, implementing their textile recycling partnership. I also served as an M.B.A. consultant for Burton Snowboards to advise recommendations to double the repair rate for their Global Warranty Program. As someone who looks to give back, I have enjoyed working with non-profits through Net Impact to advise on data collection and reporting, tracking qualitative and quantitative impact, and pricing strategies based on sensitivity and landscape analysis.
