Background:
My background is in strategy development and implementation and my experience over the past twenty years spans all three sectors – private, public and non-profit. I’ve collaborated with multinationals to create and evolve bespoke strategies, flagship programs, and measurement frameworks with a view to positively impacting the business and society and a common theme in all the roles I’ve held has been my work on the creation of strategy through to operational implementation. Appointed at senior advisor level to the Irish Government on issues related to business and societal impact and representing Ireland at CSR Europe, I’ve also worked with academia through Trinity College, Dublin Centre for Non Profit Management.

I hold an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin and an undergraduate degree in Business with a specialism in HR. I’m an accredited AgilePM Practitioner and recipient of the ‘Dunant’ award from the International Red Cross for work within the British Red Cross Crisis Response Team throughout the Manchester Bombings, Waterloo Bridge & Borough Market attacks and Grenfell fire.

Person I most admire:
I admire anyone who isn’t afraid to make/inspire change, because real change is slow and can be difficult, but the rewards are amazing. My personal passion is in the issue of Social Mobility.
