Areas of Expertise
My focus areas are in Social Performance and ESG management. I worked on a number of international projects developing solutions to social impacts. I specialize in a wide range of social topics including social impact management, vulnerable communities/indigenous peoples, resettlement, stakeholder engagement, livelihood restoration plans, human rights assessments, gender impact assessments, and others. In addition, I assisted clients with identification of ESG topics that are material to the company and subsequently ESG goals, development of ESG due diligence tools, sustainability reports and ESG policies, and others.

Background
Prior to consulting, I have over 10 years of experience working with companies (primarily Oil and Gas) on operational health and safety programs, environmental impact management and social impact management. I graduated with a bachelors and masters degree in Industrial Engineering.
