I joined Corporate Citizenship as an environmental specialist, focusing on climate and carbon management.
This spans a client’s full journey from initial measurement and assurance of environmental data, both from an operational and supply chain perspective, assessment of material aspects, setting of relevant and ambitious targets, through to the management and delivery on those targets.
I have specific expertise on areas such as TCFD (including risk assessment and climate scenario analysis), Science-Based Targets, SECR regulations, CDP and other sustainability reporting frameworks.Background:
I hold a masters in Geology from Imperial College London, and have since been working in the sustainability sector helping companies measure, report and improve their environmental impact.
As well as consulting work, I have managed an annual research project into the sustainability reporting performance of FTSE100, DOW30, IBEX35 and CAC40 listed companies for the past 4 years, giving me a detailed understanding of the current state of business sustainability reporting, as well as what best practice looks like.
I have also worked as the Environment Compliance & Reporting Manager for Royal Bank of Scotland, driving their progress towards 2020 targets on carbon, energy, water and waste, as well as setting the future environmental strategy beyond 2020.
Client and Project Experience:
I have extensive knowledge of sustainability reporting guidelines and regulations, having delivered footprints and report narratives for multiple clients, including FTSE 100 banks, international airlines, FMCG companies and waste & water management firms. This is the basis ambitious work helping these companies implement the TCFD recommendations or set Science-Based targets.
In my previous role I was also the global technical lead for CDP reporting services, assisting over 50 companies with disclosure across all three questionnaires, and a range of sectors.
Beyond reporting, I have also set up and monitored environmental management systems for a number of clients, often integrating & leveraging reporting software such as Envizi or CR360 to streamline data gathering and used this data to drive genuine, measurable improvements in companies environmental impacts.

The person I most admire is Christiana Figueres for her work as the Executive Secretary of the UNFCCC, and showing us we can achieve international consensus on these issues for the Paris Agreement.
