Areas of Expertise:
I have over 15 years’ experience working internationally in development and higher education as well as senior leadership roles. I have led the design, development and delivery of multi-dimensional cross-functional solutions to clients; bringing together strategy and project delivery as well as stakeholder engagement. I come to this role with a wealth of experience in data analysis, framework design, strategy, communications, early career researchers, monitoring, evaluation, assessments, learning and programme design and delivery.

Background:
My background in external engagement for membership and association bodies has provided me opportunity to work with many organisations to foster international and global cooperation by working in partnership with influential stakeholders. My research and data analysis background has allowed me the opportunity to creating and use a variety of methodologies, quantitative and qualitative research approaches, policy reviews and recommendations as well as programme management and delivery. I have spent the last few years delivering project management in addition to measuring and monitoring impact across a range of global project interventions as well as designing leadership and organisational development programmes. Having worked in large and complex project management roles across multiple geographies has given me the ability to influence and lead a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. My senior leadership experience in not-for-profit organisations includes my leadership of strategic international campaigns and supportive programming.

Client and Project Experience:
Through my work as an international consultant for the last six years I have partnered with international funders (World Bank, British Council, MasterCard Foundation) and higher education institutions to design and deliver various development projects intended to have grassroots level impact on capacity building, socio-economic impact, educational development, entrepreneurship and leadership.  Additionally, I have experience in working with bilateral and multilateral organisations such as FCDO, AusAID, Africa Research Excellence Fund as well as with networks such as the Global Development Network, Australian Africa Universities Network and African Universities Research Alliance.
