Last 25th of April, we heard from BUPA Foundation on their innovative methods to motivate employee participation and how they weave opportunities for employee skill sharing with their community partners globally.

Claire Baker-Mosley, Head of Community for Bupa Global & UK

Claire is Head of Community for Bupa Global and UK. She has 15 years’ experience leading corporate responsibility and sustainability programmes. Since 2019 Claire has helped to lead the Bupa Foundation.

The Bupa Foundation’s purpose is to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world. In 2022 the Foundation donated over £1m to work with more than 80 charities to improve the wellbeing of millions of people through a range of practical initiatives including its Wellbeing for Educators programme. In recent years the Foundation’s work has included a partnership with Mind which has helped more than two million young people and their families access free mental wellbeing resources. Its work with Career Ready focuses on improving young people’s life chances through mentoring and paid internships.
