Background:
I have experience in managing social impact program across the private and non-profit sector, with expertise in strategy development, community engagement, program implementation, impact evaluation, reporting and communication. 

Within the B4SI team, I have held a variety of roles, more recently on the development side, creating tools and frameworks to support the better measurement and managing of social impact. I also support in the development of knowledge sharing events, creating spaces for social impact practitioners to learn about best practice, discuss emerging issues and share learnings relating to social impact. 

Client and Project Experience: 
As a B4SI account manager and senior consultant, I work with a range of large global businesses across all sectors (Financial Services, Legal, Professional Services, Media, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities and Services). Projects are wide ranging; from supporting clients with strategy review and development, to impact framework development and reporting. I specialise in impact measurement, supporting businesses to apply the B4SI framework to their programs and better understand the impact they are having in society.  

In a previous role, I managed an employee volunteering program aimed at building the capacity of local community organisations in East London.

Person I most admire:
Those who dedicate their lives to building impactful community programs and creating positive change in their local neighbourhoods (I had the pleasure of meeting many such people during my time working at an East London charity).
