Cory Skuldt

Regional Director, North America
Areas of Expertise
My expertise focuses on strategy development and circular economy. I have worked across a range of industries, including extensive experience in textiles, apparel, and furnishing, as well as manufacturing, retail and waste management. Background:
In my previous consulting experience, I supported companies of all types and sizes in developing a comprehensive and brand-aligned approach to sustainability. I hold an MBA from Bard College with a concentration in Sustainable Business and Circular Value Chains. I have continued to serve as a teaching assistant in Data & Analytics, and as virtual events and network chair of the MBA Alumni Board. Additionally, I have experience in the not-for-profit and social enterprise sector, focusing on both social and environmental impact.Client and Project Experience:
I have worked with sustainability leaders such as Eileen Fisher, Patagonia, and Outerknown, along with brands just beginning their sustainability journey. I also have experience working with industry coalitions and associations such as Textile Exchange, Reuse Alliance and more. Projects include strategy development, environmental impact modeling, triple- bottom-line financial modeling, certification research, regional supply chain development, business planning, feasibility studies, market research and competitive analysis.Person I most admire:
So many people inspire me, so I’ll just share two who’ve influenced the focus of my work: My step-father, Frank Ackerman, spent much of his career advancing our understanding of climate change economics -deeply engaging with our most urgent and overwhelming crises, but persistently maintaining a sense of humor, hope, and community. My teenage son, Finn, challenges me every day to live in line with my values and face the future with courage.
