Emma Evans

Senior Researcher B4SI

Area of Expertise

I work as a Senior Researcher within the B4SI team. I focus on supporting the management of the growth of B4SI in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. My key responsibilities include supporting clients with the correct application of the B4SI Frameworks and ensuring client satisfaction and membership retention. I also collect and analyse client data and provide recommendations based on the data. In addition, I support the delivery of B4SI events and the coordination of content via digital media platforms.

Background

I completed my undergraduate degree in Human Geography at Cardiff University in 2016. During my degree, I became particularly interested in sustainability and so went on to study Sustainability & Consultancy at the University of Leeds in 2020. During my Masters, we were required to do a 3-month placement; I chose to do mine with Royal Mail looking into their social impact strategies and the best way to report their activities. I thoroughly enjoyed this research project, and it was during this time that it became apparent that I found the social side of sustainability extremely interesting and knew I wanted a job in that field.
