Natasha Hare

B4SI Social Impact Client Coordinator

Areas of Expertise:
I work as a Social Impact Client Coordinator for the B4SI Network, and I support the management of the growth of B4SI in the Asia Pacific region. My role includes supporting member practitioners with applying the B4SI Frameworks correctly and maximising the tools, resources, and expertise available, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and membership retention. I am responsible for network coordination in the APAC region, and I collaborate with global colleagues on strategic B4SI project design and delivery.

Background:
Prior to joining Corporate Citizenship, I completed a double degree in Design and Business at Monash University, majoring in Industrial Design and International Business. Throughout my academic experience, I became passionate about corporate social responsibility, responsible business practices, sustainability and making a positive impact. My degree taught me creative thinking and problem-solving skills and gave me the knowledge required to thoughtfully approach ESG topics.

Client and Project Experience:
I have overseen the launch of a strategic B4SI project and I’ve provided support with delivering various social impact projects throughout the APAC region across several sectors, including financial services, consumer goods, and utilities and services.

Person I most admire:
I remember first hearing about Mary Wollstonecraft and falling in love with her passion, brilliance, and strong desire to protect the women around her and deliver them from injustice. I admire her for her courage to challenge the conventions of society that reinforced inequality, no matter what the consequences were.
